NEW 6-speed cross transmission for the Z from SANCTUARY mechanic brand.
This new 6-speed cross transmission was developed in cooperation with a prototype manufacturer that has developed a large number of transmissions, with emphasis on its characteristics rather than cost.
The gear ratio was calculated in-house to match the Tsukuba Circuit infield, and the best ratio cross transmission was achieved by fine-tuning the module.
The relationship between engine speed and gear shift timing is verified by analyzing the logs after riding the course, and optimal values are set.
On the street, the 6-speed top gear, which did not exist in the 5-speed type, reduces the burden of high speed riding by controlling the increase in engine rpm.
In-house precise measurements are taken and converted from 2D CAD to 3D modeling.
The material used is SNCM420, a steel suitable for transmissions.
