■Pilofile
DIABLO ROSSO™IV CORSA continues the innovative profile of the DIABLO ROSSO™IV, born from Pirelli's experience in the Superbike Championship.
The sharp contours of the multiradius allow for quick lean-to-upright and nimble changes of direction.
Flat shoulders provide good grip and line retention when cornering.
The shape of the front tire improves handling, helps the rider lean earlier, and allows for quick changes of direction.
The wide contours increase the ground contact area during cleaning and provide excellent stability.
The rear tire adopts the same scheme and geometry as the front, synchronizing the front and rear movements.

■Compounds
Dual compound layout with wide soft shoulders at both front and rear.

Front Tire: A hard full silica layer in the center delivers high speed stability and abrasion resistance.
The side soft layer is made of full silica with high melting point resin, providing excellent grip and ground feel at lean angles of 25 degrees or more.

Rear tire: The rear tire compound has been developed to harmonize with the front tires.
The full silica center compound provides excellent grip in all conditions, allowing for fast cornering and early throttle application.
The softer side compound is derived from the SC compound used in PIRELLI racing products.
This 100% carbon black compound warms up quickly and provides tremendous grip at full throttle at lean angles of 25 degrees or more.

■Tread pattern
The tread pattern of DIABLO ROSSO™ IV CORSA is a slicker version of DIABLO ROSSO™ IV, developed to maximize the ground contact area for better grip.
The center groove is a more slick-like evolution of Pirelli's patented FLASH groove.
This FLASH pattern is designed to ensure directional stability, uniform wear, and drainage performance at high speeds.
The central slick section of FLASH also increases structural rigidity and allows for stable performance during various riding sessions.
The reduction of the lateral grooves has resulted in better mid-range tracking of the road surface, increased tire stiffness, and increased lateral propulsion during cornering.
Large slick shoulder area provides excellent cornering support even at extreme lean angles.
