Spark developed this system for the new 4-cylinder engine to maximize performance and provide an aggressive sound and aesthetic for track use.
The system significantly improves performance and meets restrictive sound limits in specific European circuits.
This system is used on Kawasaki ZX-4RRs in the 2024 Kawasaki British Superteen Championship (BSB Championship).
The GKA8850T complete system consists of an AISI 304 stainless steel manifold with 4-2-1 pipe diameters and tapers designed for performance optimization. It features CNC-machined connections and compensators derived from Superbike and Moto2 technology.
The Konix Evo silencer features a carbon end cap and titanium case/inner end cap. A dB killer (G9999) is compatible but not included. The mounting kit includes a chassis hanger for race use and a dedicated kit to retain passenger footpegs.
Other options include the GKA8852T (Force Evo 350 mm, 105dB@7500rpm), GKA8855T (Force Evo 400 mm with 2 dedicated dB killers, 98dB@7500rpm), and GKA8851T (Grid-O silencer, no dB limits).
