Alipay / WeChatPay

You can pay for your order using either Alipay or WeChat Pay, the most popular payment methods in China. If you already have an account with either service, you can use it to pay directly, with no extra steps required.

Although our prices are listed in Japanese Yen, you can pay in your own currency. Any difference between the original order amount and the final charge will be automatically refunded to you. However, there are time limits for automatic refunds: 90 days for Alipay and 180 days for WeChat Pay. If it’s been longer than these periods, it may take some time to process your refund.

Refunds will always be issued in the same currency you used for your purchase, regardless of any exchange rate fluctuations. You will be responsible for covering any difference in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

Please note that any extra charges will be handled through PayPal, not Alipay or WeChat Pay. We also cannot accept requests to change items if the prices are different from your original order.
