Overflow of restored RZ 250 R does not fix, I found this kit and bought it.
With OEM Product, Needle valve set 1 pc. At this price, this Kit is Quantity : 2 Set You can purchase.
There are a variety of replacement parts necessary for carburetor's OH, and of course there are several kinds of Jet family including NORMAL so that it can be burned.
Even basic setting methods are not worried even if you are unfamiliar with a polite Instruction Manual.
It was inconvenient before the exchange, it turned out to be surprisingly good and I was satisfied with Large ♪

A lot of Setting kit is included, but it is not necessary because it is a setting of Standard. Even if I exchanged Air Screw and adjusted the air, I thought that it was strange that 4000 rpm or less was funny and compared with Screw of OEM, the tip angle of the tip was different and thinner.
This part reuses OEM, Others has no problem! If you want perfection, please use OEM Product!

very good item for carburetor adjustment for any motorcycles. price is feel like little expensive, because you need to buy each set for each carburetor. but they do a good job. reliable and good quality.

I used it to wake up a friend of mine's DF200 DJEBEL, 4 years old!
Fortunately, the fuel in the carburetor and tank had been completely drained when the car was put into hibernation, so there was no internal corrosion.
I've gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that the key Star Quantity:Since we had purchased a set, we replaced the parts that could be changed, and the carburetor body was thoroughly inspected and cleaned.
As a result, the Engine started up perfectly.

The Jet engraving is Smaller than OEM, but easy to read. I can't read it with my naked eye anymore, so I'm sweating with my phone zoomed in Large.

Since Air Jet's number was different between Kit and the current car, Kit's AJ was not used.
⇒ Spec. changes due to year, etc.? You should check the number of Jet you removed.
The material or finish of the Main nozzle and Needle is different from OEMMikuni. If you don't mind, it's OK.
The filter design on the Needle Valve is a bit different.

I used to be a mechanic for a motorcycle dealer and have done carburetor OH countless times.
Let me speak a bit from that experience. ↓
One example of many DIYcarburetor cleaning failures is Case, which completes the Overhaul with only Jet-related cleaning.
In fact, there are not only the Jet, but also the Idol port, the main nozzle, the Starter system fuel passage, the small passages around the air screw or Pilot screw, the O-ring, the diaphragm of the air cut valve, and many other small and important passages. By understanding the structure of the carburetor and cleaning each passage completely, a perfect carburetor can be made.
It is also important to check the oil level. If the oil level is low, it will be thin like when you are about to run out of gas, and if the oil level is high, it will be thick, increasing the risk of overflow.


I think it's fun and good to repeat the experience over and over again to improve your skills, but it's not a good idea.
The fuel system is deep and difficult, so if you are not confident about the carburetor's Overflow, it may be better to consult a trusted Shop.
