[How is it used?
Installed on NINJA2 Helmet 50RR.
Traveling:Touring, mountain passes
Period of use:about 6 years or so
Custom contents:Exhaust SystemFull Exhaust System, air cleaner box drilling, RapidMotorcycleEasy installation.

Was the one you received as per Image?
As you can see in the image, the color of the filter oil was clearly visible as K&N.

Was the installation difficult?
I had to put a lot of pressure on it to get it to go in.
A little bit of the supplied Grease for better adhesion was not enough to make it feel slimy.

How was your experience with it?
The performance was excellent and the air intake efficiency was much better than the OEM. I was able to feel the difference.
The car has been run for 5000km and the filter has been cleaned and reused.
Unlike OEM products, this product can be used for a long time with proper maintenance, and I think Large is a good choice.
Maintenance restores the performance of the system, so it is important to perform maintenance on a regular basis.
Also, the exhaust system was replaced. (Custom exhaust system) then Quantity:It is recommended that the Air Filter be changed to one with better air intake efficiency in Set.
It's FI, so it won't improve performance as dramatically as carburetor, but it will still make you a little happier if you do it.

Before applying grease to increase adhesion, you can apply silicon grease or silicon spray to the surface of the rubber so that it can be inserted smoothly. I didn't care about it, so I applied Lithium Silcolene Grease and inserted it. (No particular Trouble has occurred.)

K & N Filter maintenance kit (FilterCareService kit) If you purchase the product at the same time, you can use it for a long time while maintaining it.

Washing Filter (It can be this product, or another, or you can keep the OEM.)

I made a mistake in inserting it into the wrong side of the front and back, and the rubber part was torn off when I removed it other (esp. people)
Let's check it out and plug it in

I changed the Exhaust System and frequently get After Fire, so here it is Introduction of
When I turned off Axel, it was showing up frequently, but it's reduced significantly

"attachment" There is nothing particularly difficult, but please pay attention to the orientation when inserting.
* Please put the thinner first..

"accuracy" The formwork is made softer compared to the OEM. OEM is Sponge, but this is a real Filter, obviously the eye is finely different and completely different thing.

"Performance" I installed it in the state of OEMExhaust System, Normal engine, but I was able to experience Power up.

"After Fire countermeasure" Although it seems that there are many people who purchase to after fire countermeasure when exchanging with outside Exhaust System, there is After Fire in OEMExhaust System. However, because the volume is Small, I can not hear it. After exchange it relaxes or gone.

"Collaboration with YOSHIMURA?" It seems that it collaborates with YOSHIMURA though it is a K & N product. Performance does not change and is the same as before, but there are several stickers that are good looking.

Since it is said that when you replace from Standard Exhaust System to Replace muffler, AfterFire occurs a little
I purchased it together with the installation of YOSHIMURAR-11 for that measure.
After installation, AfterFire rarely occurs, it is slightly generated at SHIFT UP.
